02The ledger

Runs, including the ones that stopped

Every row is a run that happened, and the ones that failed are marked. Reading down the marks is the quickest way to see where this company is weak.

No receipts published yet. A row appears here for every run, the failures included.

Source: gate readouts and run logs, one file per receiptTotals for the window are in State, above

03Autonomy by surface

What is allowed to run without me

A surface runs unattended only when three things are green for that surface: monitors that have actually been seen to fire, a deployed check over the real customer path, and a way to undo the change in one command. Where one of them is not green, the surface escalates instead of pushing through.

No surface is published here yet. A row appears when its tier and its three gate verdicts have been confirmed by the owner. A wrong green on this table would be worse than an empty one.

Real send, real spend and prod deploys sit at the top gate on every surfaceNothing on this table sends, spends or deploys without the owner

04Where these numbers come from

The routines already produce gate readouts, run logs, queue history and a weekly digest, because the company cannot be operated without them. This page reads those artifacts and nothing else. No figure on it is entered by hand, and none of it is a projection.

The page is a static build. A scheduled job re-reads the artifacts, writes them into the site, and redeploys. Between builds the figures are as old as the stamp at the top of the page, which is why the stamp is there.

What is deliberately absent: customer names, anything from a private store, what any of this costs to run, product prices stated as decided, and the name of the model behind the routines.
